4905 Old Orchard Shopping Center West Lot. Monday Night Cruise-In Car Show 5pm - 9pm begins Monday, June 3 and continues every Monday until August 26. Classic, vintage, antique and muscle cars/trucks 25 years or older are welcome. If you have a newer muscle, high performance, specialty car or truck, it is also allowed if unique. The first events in Redding’s huge spring festival, the Kool April Nites classic car show, will drive out this week.

Travel back in time during the 2024 outdoor car show season. We have some large events posted in the magazine that are for profit, and we appreciate that they do spend money to help support the publication. Most do donate to a charity. Well over 95% of the listings are for smaller events that help out church missions, pet rescues, cancer research and even scholarships.

To 10 p.m. On Saturday April 27 at the Redding Civic Auditorium. The Cruise is one of the most popular Kool April Nites events and the kickoff for the weekend program. 22 – Connecticut Street Rod Association presents its third annual Truck Show from 10 a.m.
Show also features entertainment, raffles and more. Fee $25 show cars. Date 8 a.m.-4 p.m. North Main St. parking lot, Downtown Manteno.

We try to list what charity each one supports. Over the 15 years of doing this, millions and millions of dollars have been collected and donated to a charity from show promoters. Please do yourself a favor and ask where the money is going the next time you go to one of these smaller events. Chances are it is going towards a good cause, and not in the promoter’s pocket.
