It was a full flight so very tight. The boarding through security was not properly controlled. Was it just that time, or always like this - cant say. Other than that all else was fine.

I had a wonderful experience flying with delta. The gentleman taking care of us on our flight was so nice, accommodating, and attentive. He always was smiling and giving pins to the kids which made me smile. The flight was quick too and without turbulence. Thank you for the great flying experience.

There was enough time to hand out snacks to comfort + seats as was done for first class. Actual CLT experience was rough. I've never seen the airport as bad in regards to security lines and wait.

I suspect i caught flu on this flight as i could hear someone coughing a few rows back and ended up with flu a few days later. And the flights to all seem of least importance so they never leave on time in either direction.
